Regulatory status and intended audience

Skinpendium Clinical Decision Support System is an investigational medical device that has not been cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for commercial distribution. The Site provides informational material for healthcare professionals, institutions, and partners. Nothing on the Site is a promotion, offer, or claim for an unapproved device, and nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice.

The Skinpendium device, when made available, is intended for use only by licensed healthcare professionals and only as adjunctive clinical decision support. It is not a substitute for the clinical judgment of a qualified clinician and must not be used as the sole basis for any diagnostic or treatment decision.

Information on the Site, including descriptions of performance metrics and device architecture, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its underlying systems, or associated APIs; (c) submit automated queries or scrape content beyond what is permitted by our robots directives; (d) submit protected health information through the contact form; or (e) impersonate any person or entity.

Intellectual property

The Site and all content, trademarks, logos, and design elements are owned by Skinpendium LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. All other uses require prior written permission.

The Site may link to external resources (for example, FDA guidance documents or academic publications). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Skinpendium harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
